Will you hold my date?
Yes! The Bell Tower on 34th does offer a 100% refundable deposit
within 10 days of your contract signing. Please ask your Event Producer
for details when you come in.
How much does it cost if we want to host a wedding at The Bell Tower on 34th?
According to providers for Wedding Statistics and Market Research in
the Houston Wedding Industry, 28% of weddings are $10,000-$20,000, and
34% of Weddings are above $20,000, with 7% of the Houston Market
spending $50,000 or more. We know every wedding is distinctive and
special. The Bell Tower on 34th can easily accommodate beautiful
weddings in each of these price ranges. We are excited for you to see
for yourself.
What is included in your Pricing?
Day or Evening, Indoors or Outdoors, The Bell Tower on 34th delivers unmatched value with no hidden fees.
Once you decide on the Ballroom and Menu, of course all basic tables,
chivari chairs, floor length linens and napkins, China, Silverware,
Stemware, as well as Chefs, Servers and Culinary staff are all included.
Also included is complimentary valet parking, a uniformed officer, and an event manager.
Your main event may include 7 Hours on your special day, including 2
hours for set up, a 4 hour event time, and 1 hour for vendor breakdown.
Additionally, you get access to special Bell Tower on 34th Pricing at
our partner Hotels such as the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and Sheraton
Hotel, who have convenient hotel shuttling to and from The Bell Tower
on 34th.
You also get to be reimbursed for 100% of Event Cancellation /
Postponement Insurance purchased up to $400. It’s easy, just send us the
receipt!
Additional For Our Bridal Customers, a complimentary private use of
the Bridal Salon for a 4 hour bridal portrait session is also included
(photographer provided by you.)
A 30 minute ceremony rehearsal is also included if you add a ceremony option.
Loft Balcony Access for Musicians and Photographers and adjustable lighting come standard.
The Bell Tower will also provide you with a special voucher you may
use for a free Groom’s tuxedo and up to $45 off of each additional men’s
tuxedo rental at any Al’s Formal Wear.
There is never a fee for cake cutting service.
The Bell Tower on 34th has built in beauty.
Although the Bell Tower has many additional options to help create a
customized event for your special day, we do not include Event Flowers.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! Ask your Event Producer for details.
Do you have a Preferred Vendors List?
No. Great Service is important to us, so we call it a “Recommended
Services” List. If you are not getting Great Service from services we
recommend, we want to hear from you. You may use almost any insured
vendor you want but please, be careful not to place a down payment with a
vendor prior to approval by your Bell Tower Event Producer.
Is it mandatory that we have Valet and Uniformed Security?
Valet and Security are Included in the price. There is no extra
charge. 100% complimentary Valet Parking and Uniformed Security for you
and your event guests are included in the pricing and required at the
Legendary Bell Tower on 34th.
Can I rent only the Campanile Chapel and Water Wall?
These two very popular rooms are available as an “add on” when you
rent other spaces. You may use the Campanile and water wall by
themselves for a weekday event only.
Can I host a Daytime Event at the Bell Tower on 34th?
Yes. Daytime Events are increasingly popular at the amazing Bell
Tower on 34th. Pricing for daytime events starts at $4500 plus service
fees and tax. Very Affordable. Daytime events must end by 4pm.
Evening Events may begin after 6pm.
What if it Rains and I have reserved the Water Wall?
For Outdoor Events, we can tent the space for you and pass through
the rental cost to you. The price to tent the Water Wall is approx.
$1500.00. There is a 72 hour advanced notice required to add a tent to
your outdoor event in case the weather forecast predicts inclimate
weather. Tent pricing may vary if you want sides on the tent. Climate
control is optional. We may also design an alternate rain plan into the
proposal at your request.
What are your event hours?
Most events include 7 hours, which includes 2 hours of set up time, a
4 hour event, and 1 hour for vendor breakdown. Day time events must end
by 4pm. Evening Events may start anytime after 6pm.
Do you have a childrens menu and how much does it cost?
Yes we have a children’s price point for children under the age of 12. About Half Price.
GENERAL
What happens if I have to cancel my event due to a natural disaster or…?
While we hope that none of those things ever happen we do recommend
you purchase Event Cancellation or Postponement Insurance. It’s easy and
affordable. Just ask your Event Producers for the information. The cost
of the insurance depends on your total event cost. As a client, The
Bell Tower will reimburse your master account for 100% of the cost of
cancellation/postponement insurance up to $400. Just send us the
receipt.
Do you have more than one event at a time?
Wouldn’t you know it? Yes, we can…and it’s very well done. Guests
often do not even realize there are other events in progress. We have
many spaces that are available for events, each with their very own
valet entrance, restrooms, and bar areas. You may even choose to combine
all ballrooms so that the entire facility is your very own private
event palace!
Do you have enough parking for my guests?
Absolutely. Its private. There’s no view of the Parking lot from our
front door. The Bell Tower has ample onsite parking for hundreds of
cars.
Can my décor/floral vendor just pick up items the next day?
Decor and Vendor items must be loaded out at the conclusion of your
event. The Bell Tower on 34th hosts events very frequently. If your
vendor can’t load out immediately then you are responsible to make
additional arrangements.
ADDITIONAL WEDDING FAQ
What if my church wedding is at 4pm and we want the reception to start at 4:30pm?
You will be charged the evening rates, plus a $2000 overlap rate.
Do I have to rent the Campanile Chapel or Water Wall if I am only having my ceremony there for 30 minutes or so?
Yes, we have a flat ceremony fee rate. That includes chairs, and a 30
minute rehearsal at an agreed upon time before your special day.
When can I have my rehearsal?
Rehearsal are not guaranteed but may be scheduled during the
following times : (Only 30 minutes allotted) Monday – Thursday 10am-5pm,
Friday 10am-4pm or Saturday 8am-9am. Rehearsal Time & Date cannot
be guaranteed until 2 weeks prior to your event.
When can I use the Bridal Salon?
The Bridal Salon is available for use 2 hours before your Ceremony
when booked at The Bell Tower on 34th and must be vacated at event end
time; no breakdown time allowed after event (applies to Groom’s room).
The changing rooms are not available on rehearsal day.
