Wedding planning

For many couples, the location of a wedding venue is an important component in planning their wedding.
Let Belltower on 34th be the place for your magical memories!
If you're thick in the middle of wedding planning, you likely have your wedding stationery suite picked out and ready to go. Before you eagerly pop those fresh-off-the-press paper goods in the mail, however, you'll want to research everything there is to know about properly formatting all of the information typically included on the invite. Like with most things wedding-related, there's a code of conduct to follow when addressing guests, assembling pieces in a specific order, and (most importantly!) choosing a time to send.

CUSTOM WEDDING PACKAGES

At our beautiful venue we deliver excellent events. Event planning should ALWAYS be this easy!
The venue is beautiful, the service is great, the food is terrific. But then, all venues say that about themselves.
At our beautiful venue, we make planning easy, help you keep organized, and make sure everything on event day runs smoothly.
Special custom packages are co-created with you to deliver excellent events and our entire company works hard to put that in motion right away.

BUT I HAVE TO KNOW A DETAILED PRICE BEFORE I COME IN!

It’s custom. Consultations can be in person or virtual, so we can co-create a proposal. Event planning should always be easy. After all, it’s your one day!

Establishing an Event Budget

Prior to creating an event, it’s important to establish a budget. Below are items you’ll want to account for when planning for your event.
  • Venue rental
  • Food and beverage
  • Equipment rental (speakers, mics, technical assistance, etc.)
  • Photography and videography
  • Decorations (flowers, table decorations, etc.)
  • Design and printing (invitations, programs, tickets, awards, etc.)
  • Supplies (name tags, extra markers, etc.)
  • Gifts for guests
  • Speaker fees
  • Lodging
  • Travel
  • Registration fees (for sponsorship opportunities)
  • Tax and gratuity (this is very important to remember)
Now that you know types of events you can plan, options for who can plan your events, and what to account for in your event budget, it’s time to make sure you know how to evaluate the success of your event. HubSpot, a company that focuses on marketing automation, wrote an article called “5 Must-Have Marketing Event Success Metrics” that will help you do just that. As a small business owner, your skill set is likely a combination of big-picture thinking and detail orientation (or you have someone who manages the details who should be reading this blog).  Either way, you’re well on your way to planning fantastic events for your company. Happy event planning!

Why We Exist

No Matter what kind of event it is, we believe in quality experiences that connect people forever.
The invited guests will be connected in one unique way.
They were all together at once – witnessing a single moment in time that can never be duplicated.
It’s a once in a lifetime experience and only those present will ever be able to say “I was there…” And those participants, all of them in one room together, will be connected by a moment in time forever.
