At our beautiful venue, we make planning easy, help you keep organized, and make sure everything on event day runs smoothly.
Special custom packages are co-created with you to deliver excellent events and our entire company works hard to put that in motion right away.
BUT I HAVE TO KNOW A DETAILED PRICE BEFORE I COME IN!
It’s custom. Consultations can be in person or virtual, so we can co-create a proposal. Event planning should always be easy. After all, it’s your one day!
Convenience
The Bell Tower on 34th partner hotels can provide a convenient hotel shuttle to and from your event so you can avoid inconvenience to your guests and an additional transportation costs.
The Bell Tower on 34th owns all of its equipment, so you will not have the expensive extra charges from the venue for tables, chairs, basic linens, stemware, and buffet equipment. Benefit: rented equipment requires more people, scheduling, and cost on a day that you shouldn't need to bother.

Valet
parking for your guests is included in your price for the event day, so
your guests will not have to walk through the facility for your wedding
"send off". Spare your guests the agony of a long walk to and from your

Bell Tower on 34th has a service fee of 19%. Many hotels charge you 23%
plus city hotel taxes are also added to that fee. Not here at The Bell

Additional value for our bridal customers is complimentary private use of the Bridal Suite for a two hour bridal portrait session (photographer provided by you).
A 30 minute ceremony rehearsal is also included when you add a ceremony option.

Corporate Packages: Meeting Mixer
Available Monday though Thursday (or in the Contessa on the weekends).
Two and a half hours includes coffee, tea, water station, gold bar package, and all required staff.
You will have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music at no extra charge.
All additional food and beverage is a la carte. Not available in December.
Corporate Packages: Business Meeting Lunch
This four hour event is available Monday through Thursday.
Your choice of (seated or buffet) one lunch entree, two sides, plus a preset salad and preset dessert. Comes with coffee, tea, and water service, and all required staff.
You also have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music, presentation microphone, stage and podium at no extra charge. We have break out rooms, classroom style tables, note pads, pens, easels available - please request in advance.
All additional food and beverage is a la carte.
Corporate Packages: Light Luncheon
This three hour event is available daytime Monday through Friday (any ballroom) or daytime in the Contessa on the weekends.
Your choice of any preset lunch entree and salad combination, with a preset dessert. This package comes with dinner rolls, coffee, tea, and water service, and all required staff.
You also have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music,
presentation microphone, stage and podium at no extra charge.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations Policies
Financing options are available. The Bell Tower on 34th does not hold or reserve dates without BOTH a deposit and a signed contract. A signed contract is not valid without payment.
All offers are subject to withdrawal prior to Bell Tower receiving a deposit. For new events, online deposits may be subject to a delay for date verification and processing.
The Bell Tower on 34th requires all payments to be made online or in person. NOTE: credit card daily spend limits may delay your payments. It is the client's responsibility to contact the credit card company to release or increase any limits to ensure prompt payment.
An 19% service fee applies to the subtotal before tax.
An 8.25% sales tax applies to the subtotal of the room rate, food, staff, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, service charge, and other taxable items. If you or your organization is tax exempt/non-profit, please submit a copy of your 501 (c)(3) tax exemption certificate at the time you return your signed contract. Sales tax may not be deleted from your contract total until after your tax exemption certificate is received.
Q & A
What Do You Require For A Deposit?
A non-refundable payment of 25% of the contract amount is due upon booking to permanently secure your event date. For new events, online deposits may be subject to a delay for date verification and processing. The non-refundable payment is transferable one time only based on availability within 12 months of the date of your cancellation. Your new date must be selected before the day of cancellation. New pricing and terms and conditions for the new event date may apply at the time of cancellation and rescheduling.
