We are not a tent or a house, or a box, or a boat, or a train. The Bell Tower on 34th was always originally intended for entertaining your guests, so it's well-suited to accommodate the flow of well-organized formal events. Your event spaces are well planned so you won't have to guess how your decor and floor plan are supposed to work, with built-in bars, and restrooms, for example. Your guests will thank you for hosting your event in a natural and comfortable feeling space. High ceilings, marble floors, and beautiful mahogany Chiavari chairs give your event that special feel you have always wanted.

Always Included Event Producer Services

The Bell Tower on 34th provides free of charge event producer services with your venue rental agreement. You are hosting your event at the premier event venue in Houston and you are reserving your event producer and their professional services for your added peace of mind.

These are the primary duties of your event producer which are included in the overall contract price:

Your knowledgeable event producer will explain our value offer and options and answer any questions throughout the process.

Your event producer will also be responsible for taking notes for your event and update our system with the information about your event so that the rest of our team will know about it.

The event producer will schedule, attend and coordinate your rehearsal.

Additionally, your event producer will deliver tasting remarks to the culinary team so the food is perfect on your big day. (Attending the tasting is on a case by case basis, more importantly Chef’s hand-picked team facilitates tastings).

Your event producer will offer thoughts on vendor selections, will advise you on the design of your floor plan and create one for your approval, and make sure operations provisions for your event.

Day of: arrive at The Bell Tower on 34th prior to vendor load-in, assist with vendor load-in and tables setup.

Meet with Chef and event manager for 15 minutes prior to the event starting.
Monitor the order of events, buffet or seated dinner, stay through cake cutting or dinner service.

Make sure that we have Champagne flutes, cake knives and that the event manager knows who to give them to at the end of the night.

Additional expanded services of our event producers services are also available for a small additional fee.

Additional value for our bridal customers is complimentary private use of the Bridal Suite for a two hour bridal portrait session (photographer provided by you).

A 30 minute ceremony rehearsal is also included when you add a ceremony option.

Loft balcony access for musicians and photographers and adjustable lighting comes standard.

The Bell Tower on 34th will also provide you with a special voucher you may use for a free groom’s tuxedo and up to $45 off of each additional men’s tuxedo rental at any Al’s Formal Wear.

We will reimburse your master account for 100% of event cancellation/postponement insurance purchased up to $400. It’s easy, just send us the receipt!
All day package options for your wedding or business meeting where the day is yours and yours only is also always available based on availability.
You may use almost any insured vendor you want.

Corporate Packages: Awards Dinner, Business Dinner or Fundraiser

 
Available Monday though Thursday (or in the Contessa on the weekends).

Up to four hours (plus two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown) includes social hour, two passed appetizers, seated dinner or buffet with one entree, two sides, salad, dinner roll, dessert, carving station.

You will have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music, microphone, stage, podium and all required staff.

All additional food and beverage is a la carte. Not available in December.

Corporate Packages: Meeting Mixer

 
Available Monday though Thursday (or in the Contessa on the weekends).

Two and a half hours includes coffee, tea, water station, gold bar package, and all required staff.

You will have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music at no extra charge.

This four hour event is available Monday through Thursday.

Your choice of (seated or buffet) one lunch entree, two sides, plus a preset salad and preset dessert. Comes with coffee, tea, and water service, and all required staff.

You also have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music, presentation microphone, stage and podium at no extra charge. We have break out rooms, classroom style tables, note pads, pens, easels available - please request in advance.

All additional food and beverage is a la carte.

Corporate Packages: Light Luncheon


This three hour event is available daytime Monday through Friday (any ballroom) or daytime in the Contessa on the weekends.

Your choice of any preset lunch entree and salad combination, with a preset dessert. This package comes with dinner rolls, coffee, tea, and water service, and all required staff.

You also have optional use of votive candles, lanterns, chargers, background music,
presentation microphone, stage and podium at no extra charge.

All additional food and beverage is a la carte. Valet parking may not be included.

What Do You Require For A Deposit?

A non-refundable payment of 25% of the contract amount is due upon booking to permanently secure your event date. For new events, online deposits may be subject to a delay for date verification and processing. The non-refundable payment is transferable one time only based on availability within 12 months of the date of your cancellation. Your new date must be selected before the day of cancellation. New pricing and terms and conditions for the new event date may apply at the time of cancellation and rescheduling.
